I own property in Pahrump, and, curious as to the current value. Since I can't get good info from the tax office, can you tell me of any appraisers in the area, and, how I may get in touch with one? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Lawrence; I found an appraiser by visiting http://lvai.org -- you may find they are able to give you general information about Pahrump as well. I know the Vegas market is down pretty bad right now as well! Good Luck!
